We know you're excited to receive your Silkvelle device – and we want to make sure you're always in the loop. Use the options below to track your order at any time.
How to Track Your Order
- Check your confirmation email – Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel.
- Use your tracking number – Enter your tracking number on the carrier's website to get real-time delivery updates.
- Check your Shopify order status – You can also view your order status directly by clicking the link in your order confirmation email.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Germany: 2–4 business days
- European Union: 4–7 business days
- Other countries: Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs delays for international orders).
Carriers We Use
Depending on your location, your order may be shipped with one of the following carriers:
- DHL – primary carrier for Germany and EU
- DPD
- Hermes
Your shipping confirmation email will specify which carrier is handling your delivery.
My Order Hasn’t Arrived Yet
If your estimated delivery date has passed and your order has not arrived, please:
- Check your tracking link for the latest status update
- Check if a delivery attempt was made and a note left at your address
- Allow 1–2 additional business days, as delays can occasionally occur
- If your parcel appears lost or stuck, contact us and we will investigate immediately
