Thank you for shopping with Avolis. We are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and reliable manner. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and ship your orders.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
- During peak periods (e.g., sales events or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within Germany and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@avalis.store and we will do our best to assist you.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier, and customs processing.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value — please check our website for current promotions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@avalis.store.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside of Germany:
- Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
- Avolis has no control over customs processes and cannot predict additional charges. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.
- Customs processing may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or adverse weather conditions.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
- Check your tracking information for updates.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
- If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at support@avalis.store and we will investigate on your behalf.
Avolis is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at support@avalis.store within 7 days of delivery. For damaged items, please include photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
9. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply. Avolis is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
